Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship Application Information

UW Ob-Gyn Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship application requirements:

1. We follow the SGO Program Director's Network guidelines for common application and interview offer dates.
2. Three letters of recommendation. For interview season 2024 we recommend following the PD Network's recommendations for letters which include:
   1. GYN Onc SLOE
   2. Residency Program Director SLOE
   3. Flex letter in any format from anyone of the applicant's choosing (if an applicant did an away rotation - e.g. Brunschwig Fellowship or Rutledge Fellowship - that should be submitted as the Flex letter).
   4. We understand that letters may have already been written and submitted from other letter writers in other formats in 2024 and will accept them without it being a detriment to the candidate. We will still require three total letters with at least 1 letter from a GYN Oncologist and 1 letter from the Residency Program Director, or recent supervisor if in practice after residency.

5. Medical school transcripts or medical school diploma
6. Photograph
7. ECFMG Status Report (if applicable)
8. Please do NOT forward CREOG score reports
