Sparkle of Hope Benefit

Sparkle of Hope

Save the date for the 2020 Sparkle of Hope gala - join us for a virtual event on Friday, September 18, 2020!

As we continue to battle coronavirus, this year, more than ever, we must prioritize the health and care of our patients, nurses, and faculty. This year we will transform our gala into the first ever virtual Sparkle of Hope! We hope you will join us on Friday, September 18, 2020 at 7:00PM to virtually fight against women’s gynecologic cancers and raise much-needed financial support for vital research. The Sparkle of Hope virtual gala is free and open to everyone. A registration link will be posted soon.

Sparkle of Hope is an inspiring evening dedicated to the 80,000 women who face gynecologic cancers each year. Proceeds from the event go to vital research here at the University of Wisconsin: to improve screening, prevention, and – hopefully – a cure.

Sparkle of Hope is a fabulous gala that raises awareness and funds for women’s cancers including cervical, ovarian, uterine, vaginal, and vulvar. Over the past ten years, this special event has brought in more than $1,000,000 for groundbreaking research and care here at the University of Wisconsin. Thank you for your support!

Sparkle of Hope is a collaboration between the UW Department of OBGYN Division of Gynecologic Oncology and the Carbone Cancer Center. Additionally, this special event would not be possible without the help of our tirelessly devoted volunteer committee, past sponsors and early supporters.
