Clinical Embryologists Summit Conference

The Clinical Embryologists Summit Conference is an annual event designed to give participants an informal setting to share ideas and to interact with invited speakers and other clinical embryologists. Lively interaction among attendees is a critical element of the Summit Conference.

Registration

Register to attend the conference today! Registration is limited to 100 people. Registration closes on Sunday, August 23 at 11:59pm.

Registration Fee: $200
Registration includes dinner Friday night and breakfast and lunch on Saturday. 

Cancellation Policy:
Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to ahayes1@wisc.edu on or before August 14, 2026. If you cancel your registration on or before August 14, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after August 14, or do not attend, you are responsible for the entire registration fee.
