The University of Wisconsin-Madison Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is pleased to present Healthy Women Community Talks. This free community education series is dedicated to helping all women stay healthy throughout their lives. Healthy Women Community Talks provide an opportunity for the public to hear from clinicians, scientists, and other women’s health experts about the latest research, trends, and treatment options. Questions and discussion are highly encouraged. Talks are held in various accessible, public locations in the Madison area. Most can be attended in-person or via webinar.

Take Control of Your Pelvic Health

Many of us have questions about topics like bladder leakage and pelvic organ prolapse, but we may not know how to bring them up. These conditions are common, especially in perimenopause and beyond, but they are not inevitable.
Join us for an evening of conversation with experts from UW Health Integrated Specialty Care for Women. You'll have the opportunity to meet with physicians, advanced practice providers and physical therapists from around Madison to learn how you can prevent or control symptoms.
This event will include information and breakout sessions on:
- pelvic organ prolapse
- urinary incontinence
- overactive bladder
- pelvic floor physical therapy
- sexual health
- and more
