Emelle Holmes-Drammeh, PA, and Laura Kwitek, DNP, advanced practice providers in the Division of Academic Specialists in Ob-Gyn, brought a presentation to the 2024 Primary Care Conference in Madison. The conference was held November 21-22, 2024.
Holmes-Drammeh and Kwitek presented ABC, 123, AUB...Oh My! Uterine Bleeding in the Primary Care Setting to an audience of physicians, advanced practice providers, and trainees.
After their presentation, they sat on a question-and-answer panel to answer questions from primary care providers on management and when to refer to gynecology for abnormal uterine bleeding.

The 2023 Badger Challenge, the annual walk, run, and bike event that raises funds for cancer research at UW–Madison, took place on September 24, 2023. Many members of the UW Department of Ob-Gyn supported the event, which raised nearly $1 million for research.
