As a certified nurse-midwife, Denise Fryzelka addresses both maternity care and primary health care needs of women. Health promotion, education and disease prevention, as well as individualized care for diverse populations, are critical components fo the care provided throughout a woman's life, including care in pregnancy, labor, birth and the post-partum period.
