Bharucha selected as first-ever Quality Chief Resident
The UW Department of Ob-Gyn is excited to announce that Kharmen Bharucha, MD, will be the inaugural Quality Chief Resident! This is a new role that will be annually selected from the rising PGY-3 resident class.
As the Quality Chief Resident,Bharucha will be embedded in the department’s existing relevant committee work, including the Quality Improvement Review Committee and Quality Committee. Bharucha comes to this work with a passion for improving patient care, and we are enthusiastic about the projects and directions she has already identified. Bharucha will serve as liaison to our residents for quality work and help to mold a quality curriculum for the future.
