Embryologists from across US attend 27th annual Clinical Embryologists Summit
The UW Department of Ob-Gyn brought 90 reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialists from around the country to Madison for the 27th Annual Clinical Embryologists Summit (CES) Conference, held August 28-29, 2026.
The CES Conference is an annual event designed to give participants an informal setting to share ideas and to interact with invited speakers and other clinical embryologists. The conference brought attendees from 22 states and two countries together for lively interaction around assisted reproductive technology topics.
During the conference, attendees enjoyed a keynote by Dr. David Albertini, who has served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics, an official journal of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, since 2009. In 2020 he joined the Bedford Research Foundation where he is continuing his work on stem cells and women’s health.
