Grand Rounds: Denson presents “Collaborating for Equity in Maternal and Child Health in Wisconsin”
On April 25, 2024, Jill Denson, PhD, MSW, APSW, director of the UW-Madison Prevention Research Center, presented the Grand Rounds lecture “Collaboration for Equity in Maternal and Child Health in Wisconsin.”
In the lecture, Denson discussed her research while working for the Prevention Research Center. Much of her work stresses the importance of representation of Wisconsin’s different population when researching maternal and child health, how to involve different communities in research organization, and the most equitable way to compare research participants by income.
