Grand Rounds: Johnson presents “Provider Burnout in the Rural Healthcare Space”

On October 1, 2026, Ob-Gyn resident Olivia Johnson, MD, PGY-4, presented the Grand Rounds lecture “Provider Burnout in the Rural Healthcare Space.”
In the lecture, Johnson defined provider burnout, evaluated the current state and future of rural health care, explained the challenges of recruiting and retaining rural health care providers, and discussed strategies to address burnout and improve provider well-being.
