Grand Rounds: Stewart presents The Great Debate: Mode of Delivery after OASI

On April 16, 2026, Kelley Stewart, MD, fellow in the Division of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery, presented the Grand Rounds lecture “The Great Debate: Mode of Delivery after OASI.”

In the lecture, Stewart discussed short- and long-term sequelae of obstetric anal sphincter injury (OASI); compared evidence-based recommendations for mode of delivery after OASI; and summarized recommendations to utilize during patient counseling.
