Mind Over Matter program eligible for Title III-D funding

The Mind Over Matter: Healthy Bowels, Healthy Bladder program, brought to Wisconsin and studied by Heidi Brown, MD, of the UW Ob-Gyn Division of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, is approved for inclusion in the list of Title III-D-eligible programs!

Community agencies across the country can apply for funding from the U.S. Administration for Community Living’s Title III-D program and other applicable discretionary funding, which can be used to support offering evidence-based health promotion and disease prevention programs. Mind Over Matter’s inclusion on that list means agencies can use federal funding to bring the program to their communities.

Mind Over Matter is the only continence promotion program on the list of approved, evidence-based health promotion programs! Congratulations, Dr. Brown and MOM team!
