Sharp receives UW Health 2026 Clinical Educator Physician Excellence Award

Congratulations to Kristen Sharp, MD, professor in the Division of Academic Specialists in Ob-Gyn! Sharp was selected to receive a 2026 UW Health Clinical Educator Physician Excellence Award. Sharp will be celebrated on May 20, 2026 at the UW Health Physician Excellence Awards ceremony. 

The Clinical Educator Physician Excellence Award recognizes an outstanding educator who teaches residents, medical students, interdisciplinary team members, and patients and families. Sharp is a beloved educator in the Department of Ob-Gyn, serving as medical director of the Resident Continuity Clinic. In addition to this award, Sharp received the John M. Anderson, MD Memorial Award for patience, integrity, and compassion in patient care, as selected by UW Department of Ob-Gyn residents.
