Wallace graduates from the UW Health Physician Leadership Development Program

Congratulations to Sumer Wallace, MD, associate professor in the Division of Gynecologic Oncology, who completed the UW Health Physician Leadership Development Program! 

The Physician Leadership Development Program (PLDP) is a UW Health initiative designed to equip physicians with the leadership skills necessary to navigate the challenges of academic medicine. The program empowers participants with vital tools for building trust, sustaining teams, influence, conflict resolution, and leading strategic change. Wallace was one of just a few selected for the PLDP 2025-26 cohort.
