Eligible candidates must have successfully completed residency at an accredited program in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Three to four Letters of Recommendation (at least one from REI specialists and one from Residency Program Director)
- USMLE Step Score or COMPLEX Score reports as applicable
- Personal statement
- Dean’s letter of evaluation from medical school
- Medical school transcripts or medical school diploma
- Photograph
- ECFMG Status Report (if applicable)
