We will be constructing in vitro assays for study of T cell activation and will be studying the influence of Vitamin C on cytokine profiles of normal pregnancy and preeclamptic T cells. With the MFM division director Dr. Iruretagoyena, we will also by studing brachial artery reactivity of preeclampsia patients treated the the experimental Vitamin C protocol.
